Your personal account brings together everything that concerns you and your organization: tasks, facilities, employees, profile and security. This is also where you turn on two-factor authentication: a six-digit code from an authenticator app is added to your password, so no one can get into your account even if they learn the password.

What the account contains

The header shows your name, role and organization, alongside the key figures: facilities and regions, employees, how much of last year's data has been collected, and Scope 1 + 2 emissions in t CO₂e.

TabWhat it containsWho sees it
“Overview”“My tasks” and “Organization and access”everyone
“Facilities”a table of facilities: region, responsible person, last year's records by quarter, emissionsthe administrator; an employee sees “My facilities”
“Employees and roles”the list of employees with their permissions and facilitiesthe administrator
“Profile and security”profile, password change, two-factor authenticationeveryone

“My tasks” suggests what to do next: add a first facility, finish collecting the year's data, add an employee or turn on two-factor authentication. “Organization and access” shows the organization, its TIN, contours, your role, facilities and permissions. In the facilities table, an incomplete year shows which quarters are missing, and the “All”, “Need action” and “Data entered” filters help you quickly find the facilities whose data still needs collecting.

Profile and password

The profile is read-only. For the administrator, the details come from the organization's registration, and the email is the sign-in login. An employee's details are maintained by the administrator: to correct something, ask them. The password is changed in the “Change password” block: “Current password”, “New password” (8 to 20 characters: Latin letters, digits and symbols) and “Repeat new password”. After the change, you need to sign in again on every device.

How to turn on two-factor authentication

  1. Install an authenticator app on your phone: Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator or Aegis.
  2. In the “Two-factor authentication” block, click “Turn on” and enter your “Current password” — the one you use to sign in.
  3. Scan the QR code with the app. If you have nothing to scan with, enter the key manually: it is copied with a tap, and on a phone there is an “Open in app” button.
  4. Type the six digits from the app — the code is sent automatically.
  5. Save the 10 recovery codes with “Copy” or “Download”. The panel will not close until the codes are saved — or tick “I've saved the codes”. Each code is good for one sign-in without your phone, and the codes will not be shown again.

Signing in with a code

After the password, a “Verification code” step appears: enter the six digits from the app or click “Use a recovery code”. The “Don't ask for a code on this device for 30 days” option spares you the code on your work computer. If a code is rejected, check the time on your phone: the codes depend on the exact time.

Managing protection

  • “New codes” issues a fresh set of recovery codes; the page shows how many codes you have left.
  • “Change phone” asks for a code from your current app, then shows a QR code for the new phone and issues new recovery codes.
  • “Forget devices” makes every device, including the current one, ask for a code again.
  • “Turn off protection” requires your password and a code from the app or a recovery code; sign-in then goes back to password only.

Frequently asked questions

I've lost my phone. How do I sign in?

Sign in with a recovery code. “Change phone” requires a code from the old app, so without your old phone, turn protection off — you will need your password and another recovery code — and then turn it on again on the new phone. If you have no recovery codes left, ask the administrator to click “Reset 2FA” in your employee card.

Why don't I have an “Employees and roles” tab?

That tab is only available to the organization's administrator, who sets up employees, their permissions and facilities. An employee sees “Overview”, “My facilities” and “Profile and security”.

Is two-factor authentication mandatory?

Not for organization users, but we recommend turning it on, especially for the administrator. While protection is off, “My tasks” keeps showing the reminder “Turn on two-factor protection”.

What should I do if I'm running out of recovery codes?

Click “New codes” and confirm with a code from the app: the platform will issue a fresh set. Store it as safely as the first one — away from your phone.
